Please read the Spirit of Sebastian 182 Acres Traffic Impact Study Report. It was recently completed on the Sebastian Highlands Community next to South Moon Under Subdivision. This document came from the engineering department of Indian River County. These changes will impact our roads, schools, police safety and your taxes.
